Arizona Contest: Reality Star to Win Free LASIK

LASIK is a lead-up to launching reality LASIK social videos in which the LASIK winner will be the featured patient, sharing their experience throughout their LASIK procedure!
“Dr. Cassidy and I have helped thousands of Phoenix LASIK patients obtain better vision,” said Dr. Moretsky. “The purpose of Arizona Eye-dol is to give back to the Phoenix community and reward one lucky fan for their support of Moretsky Cassidy LASIK.”
LASIK is an innovative procedure that takes about 10 minutes per eye to complete. Both eyes can be corrected in the same surgery. LASIK patients can return to work one to two days following the procedure. Once complete, a patient’s dependence on glasses is greatly reduced or eliminated altogether. Patients over 40 may still need reading glasses, but over 99 percent of Moretsky Cassidy LASIK patients can pass a driver’s license test without wearing glasses and many of them achieve better than 20/20 vision.
Those who want a chance to win free LASIK should become familiar with the contest rules. Then, they can enter the Arizona contest by signing up for a free consultation on the LASIKTopDocsAZ Facebook page.
The consultation includes a series of vision evaluations that are necessary to determine if the contestant is qualified for the LASIK surgery. These evaluations must be completed by May 2, 2012.
Upon the completion of the consultation, if it is determined that the contestant’s vision can be improved with LASIK surgery, the participants will be given the opportunity to complete their entry by stating their hopes for their LASIK outcome on a video. Participating fans will have their video posted on the LASIKTopDocsAZ Facebook page wall and have an opportunity to win a $50 gift card to Outback Steakhouse by acquiring the most votes (“Likes”) on their video. One lucky winner will be announced as the star of the Reality LASIK videos and receive free LASIK surgery. To qualify, contestants must be 21 or older and be available May 18-20, 2012, for surgery and filming.
